Orders over £1250 (ex vat) include free delivery and installation to mainland UK with the exception of location listed in our T&C's

Standard Product Includes: timber in antique pine stain and green mineral felt tile roof 

Baseworks: no base is needed if the product is being installed onto solid and flat ground, tarmac or concrete. If there is any incline there are a few options; contact a local contractor to install a concrete base or contact us for a quote on a custom wooden base. 

The Timber: All our timber is vacuum pressure treated and thus carry a 20-year warranty against timber rot and decay and 1 year warranty on faulty materials or workmanship, see our T&C’s for specific details. All our timber is Scandinavian Redwood Pine and is sourced from sustainable sources to reduce our green footprint
