Standard Product: timber is painted in white and dark green lacquer, siding is in cooking apple green and roof tiles are mineral felt tile in terracotta. Comes with standard windows, guttering, a stepladder, slide and 4 flower boxes.

Critical Fall Height and Safety Surfacing for commercial premises: The platform has a 1.5 metres high CFH which means safety surfacing is required, even on grass installations, and must be at least 1.5m around the outside of the tower and it’s components.

The Timber: All our timber is vacuum pressure treated and thus carry a 20-year warranty against timber rot and decay and 1 year warranty on faulty materials or workmanship, see our T&C’s for specific details. All our timber is Scandinavian Redwood Pine and is sourced from sustainable sources to reduce our green footprint

 Base works: no base is needed as the product legs are secured into the ground by a steel post that is inset into the bottom of the wooden leg and is then cemented into the ground. Ensuring no movement and no water damage to the timber legs.
