The Timberlodge is a fully insulated and double glazed building that can be used year round. High-grade materials ensure you will be protected from the rain, wind and snow for many years to come. Prefabricated at our factory, the Timberlodge is erected only 1-4 days and with minimal disruption to your grounds.

Colonial in appearance but with a wide range of sizes and shapes to suit your space, style and budget. There are multiple internal and external finishes and options, as you will see below.

Standard Timberlodge Includes: A wooden base, Plain, standard cill height, single glazed windows, mineral felt tile roof available in 3 colours, White Trim, siding in your choice of 7 colours, white or timber interior, carpeting available in 4 colours or laminate, Guttering and Down pipes and Standard insulation.

Planning Permission: We can give you extensive advice on whether or not you will need planning permission. And if you do we will create plans and walk you through the process to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Base works: no concrete base is needed under the wooden Timberlodge base as long as it is being installed onto solid and flat ground or tarmac. If there is an incline there will be an additional charge to cover the cost of a custom base to level the building.

The Timber: All our timber is vacuum pressure treated and thus carry a 20-year warranty against timber rot and decay and 1 year warranty on faulty materials or workmanship, see our T&C’s for full details. All our timber is Scandinavian Redwood Pine and is sourced from sustainable sources to reduce our green footprint.
